Systems of Control – ConSys will provide your enterprise with electronic control pedals of the engine accelerator according to the Euro-3 and Euro-4 requirements
The mode settings in usual engine control systems are provided by the influence on the accelerator pedal which is mechanically connected with the
fuel pump of high pressure in diesel engine. The effort from an accelerator pedal to the fuel pump of the high pressure is usually transferred through the remote control cable and sometimes by means of mechanical draughts in the earlier constructions. But there are no installed control cables and furthermore mechanical draughts in the modern engine control system.
The pressing pedal efforts of a driver are fixed by the pedal’s position sensors and then they are transferred to the electronic control box in form of the electric signals depending on angular pedal’s position. The
contactless sensor with Hall effect of our pedals enables to get the characteristics which are the function of angular position of a pedal. In case of basic sensor failure there can be installed the additional sensors for the protective or diagnostic purposes.
The input and output pressure characteristics are set during the pedals manufacturing and they are presented in the form of schedules for calculations of a travel or angular pedal moving. It can be additionally installed the
kick-down mode sensor for the vehicles having automatic transmission.
