Orders worth more than UAH 5,000. are delivered within Ukraine free of charge.
After placing an order, within 1 working day, our manager will contact you to agree on all the necessary information. If you have selected “payment to a bank account”, you will be sent data regarding the payment to your email address or phone number. You can pay to the current account in the terminals of any bank, for example, Privat Bank, or through self-service systems, for example, Privat24 or cashier. Also, the invoice of your order will be sent by email. After replenishing your current account, be sure to save your receipt. Tell us the date and the exact amount of payment. As a rule, the payment comes within an hour, but it is possible that the funds are credited within 24 hours. After confirmation of payment, the goods you have selected will be transferred to the courier service for sending by the “Nova Poshta” or another service as agreed with the customer.
Please note, that products purchased in our online store are accepted for return only in the online store. We do not accept returns in our dealer or partner retail stores.
You can exchange or return the product within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase (the product does not correspond to the technical parameters of the product described in our online store). This right is guaranteed to you by the Consumer Protection Law.
To be able to exchange or return an item, please, make sure of the following:
the product was not in use, its presentation, consumer properties were preserved, the product has no traces of use: scratches, abrasions, mechanical damage (the product is in the same condition as at the time of transfer to the buyer)
the product is fully completed and the integrity of the branded packaging is not violated, all labels, protective films are fully preserved, the factory marking is preserved (the product is in the same condition as at the time of transfer to the buyer)
How can I exchange or return an item?
You can exchange or return a product by filling out the form or by contacting us at the contacts at the end of this page. In the form, we ask you to specify in detail what kind of defect the returned product contains. Within one working day, the manager will contact you to clarify information, delivery options for the returned goods, and other questions.
The money is returned to the buyer within 7 days from the moment we receive the goods.
If at the time of the exchange, a similar product is not on sale, you can purchase any other types of products from the range we have with a corresponding recalculation of the cost, or get money back in the amount of the cost of the returned product, or exchange the product for a similar one, at the first receipt the corresponding product for sale.
We draw your attention to the fact that in the event of an exchange or return of goods (the goods did not fit according to their technical characteristics or for other reasons cannot be used), all transport costs associated with the exchange and return are paid by the buyer. Free replacement of goods is possible exclusively in our office (contacts below).
